The September Full Moon Drum Circle in Townsville coincided with the date of the Largest Drum Circle in the World – a day where many groups of drummers around the world gathered to play drums in the spirit of unity and peace. From Italy to Canada, USA to Germany, people drummed together in harmony. In Townsville, the drum circle was treated to a brief singing workshop led by Beat Lehmann, conductor of Aquapella. Multi-part songs from around the world resounded above the rhythms of the drums.
Nomadica Tribal Belly Dancers filled the circle with their gracious moves and vibrant costumes. Big thanks to Cara, Jordan and the team!
