Beginning Beginners Djembe Workshop

This djembe workshop is tailored for those who consider themselves ‘beyond beginners’ or intermediate players. Knowledge of basic djembe technique is required.
The two-hour workshop will cover the following:
– Revision of basic djembe technique
– Guinean rhythm Makru (Rhythm of Seduction – often played after Yankadi)
– Three djembe accompaniment parts, intro and breaks.
It will be fast paced and guaranteed to give your hands a good workout over the two-hour period 🙂
Cost: $25 including the use of a djembe if required.
